This listing is for a baseball themed high chair banner or cake smash banner.
The blue pennant is NOT fabric. It is cardstock.
The pennant is 5.5" wide and 8" tall. The baseball is 4.5".
There will be 9 strips of fabric on each side of the banner. The fabric is 1.5" wide and hangs 7".
The banner is strung on jute twine.
