This listing is for a firetruck themed CONGRATS! banner.
Each pennant is cut to be the shape of a fireman badge. The base of each badge is cut from 80# black cardstock.
There is a fire hydrant on the left and a fire extinguisher on the right. I can remove the smiley face from the hydrant if you prefer it appear more appropriate for an adult.
Each badge is 5 inches wide and 5 inches tall.
The fire hydrant and fire extinguisher are 5 inches tall.
The banner is strung on black satin ribbon.
